HER2 CAR-T cells (HER2 scFv-TM-CD28-CD3z /// GFP)
HER2 (hormone epidermal growth factor receptor 2) is a type I membrane receptor kinase encoded by the ERBB2 gene and overexpressed in a variety of cancers including breast, gastric, lung and ovarian cancers. HER2 expression is associated with the development and progression of certain aggressive types of breast cancer.
ProMab's PM-CAR1083 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-HER2 CAR containing a HER2-specific scFv, hinge and transmembrane domains, the CD28 costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. In addition, PM-CAR1083 CAR-T cells express eGFP, driven by a separate promoter. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire.
